I have not yet braved drinking it, but using it topically has helped SO much. About 2 months ago, I read a different post online about using Raw ACV to help with skin problems. All I had on hand was a generic grocery store brand, so started using it. My pores have cleared up beautifully! So I guess any type of ACV will work. I use it plain (not diluted) every morning as toner, let it dry, & then use another miracle product I found online called Mattify Ultra Powder, before I apply my makeup. This routine has given me near-perfect skin. My pores don’t get clogged any more, I don’t get cystic acne, and oiliness has drastically decreased.
