Banana Anti-Aging Mask
Bananas contain large quantities of magnesium, potassium, iron, zinc, iodine, and vitamins A, B, E and F. Because of its nourishing effect, bananas are very suitable for Winter-dry/aging skin.Want a wholesome beauty lift during the cold and dry winter spell, whip up a banana mask.

Ingredients:
1 medium banana
2 tablespoons of honey
1/4 cup plain natural yoghurt
Method:
- Mash the banana with a fork.
- Add yoghurt and honey into the mixture
- Stir it well
- Smooth mask over entire face.
- Leave on face for 15-30 minutes.
- Rinse off bottled or spring water and cotton pads.
- Dab a little rose water, allowing to dry naturally
