Banana Anti-Aging Mask

The Ingredients Benefit:

Bananas contain large quantities of magnesium, potassium, iron, zinc, iodine, and vitamins A, B, E and F. Because of its nourishing effect, bananas are very suitable for winter-dry aging skin.

If you want a wholesome beauty lift during the cold and dry winter spell, whip up a banana mask.

Frequency of use: 3 times a week
Preparation time : 3 minutes
Treatment time : 30 minutes

What you’ll need:

1 medium banana
2 tablespoons of honey
1/4 cup plain natural yogurt

Directions:

  1. Mash the banana with a fork.
  2. Add yogurt and honey into the mixture
  3. Stir it well
  4. Smooth mask over entire face.
  5. Leave on face for 15-30 minutes.
  6. Rinse off bottled or spring water and cotton pads.
  7. Dab a little [tag]rose[/tag] water, allowing to dry naturally
