Today marked the first day of my 7-days detox plan. To ease my detox, I have come-up with a detox menu for Day 1:
Breakfast – Oats Porridge with Coriander Leaves (see recipe)
Mid-morning snack – Banana, and 10 roasted almonds
Lunch- Oats Porridge with Straw Mushrooms and Coriander Leaves
Afternoon snack – Rice Cake, and Carrot
Dinner – Oats Porridge with Snapper and “Choy Sum”
I am proud that I survived Day 1. The Oats Porridge is an easy to cook meal and all the ingredients can be boiled together with the oats.
