Day 2 Detox Menu Plan

My Day 2 detox Menu Plan sounds like this:

Breakfast – Natural Yoghurt with Homemade Muesli. The Homemade muesli is made from oats, seeds, nuts and dried fruit.

Mid-morning breakfast – 2 apples

Lunch – Avocado and Prawn salad (Fresh avocado served with prawns, salad, balsamic vinegar and lemon juice.)

Afternoon snack -Rice cakes and 10 unsalted/natural almonds

Dinner – Grilled salmon served with brown rice and bak choy
