Detox Cocktail
Apples contain pectin which - together with mineral salts - in the fruit, form an insoluble salt which has strong laxative properties.
Ingredients:
2 green apples
2 celery sticks
1/2 cucumber
1/2 carrot
1/4 lemon, peeled
a few mint leaves
Method:
Blend all the ingredients together with some puried water.
