May is a beautiful month. Mother Nature has installed so much for our beauty needs. In May, prunes are in season and this means, you can easily concort the delicious prune cocktail that can help clear the skin. This is because prunes are a good source of vitamin A ((in the form of beta-carotene) , antioxidant, dietary fiber, potassium and copper.
The prune cocktail is just for starters that help to nourish the [tag]skin[/tag] from inside out. If you want to care for your skin from the outside, there are plenty of skin care recipes that you can concort for this month.
As part of your daily [tag]skin care[/tag] regime – cleanse, tone, moisturize; Mother Nature has bestowed us the watermelon, so that we can make the very refreshing watermelon toner.
