As good [tag]skin[/tag] starts with what you eat, here is a recipe taken from Clare Maxwell-Hudson’s The Natural Beauty Book, which you might want to try.
Spinach Orange Juice
Mix together 2 cups of dark green spinach, 1 cup parsley and 3 cups orange juice in a liquidizer and sieve. The mixture is quite delicious and works wonders on the complexion as it is rich in iron and Vitamin C which are needed for clear complexion.
If you drink a couple of this juice each day the improvement in your skin is incredible.
Oh, in case you are not aware, spinach is in season (April) now.
