		<description>This is a pretty good summing up of trigger point pain. I personally get triggers, especially in my neck and shoulders (I think that&#039;s where I hold tension.)

I&#039;ve found the video below to be a good resource showing how to find and turn off your own trigger points. (I agree that self treatment is very powerful.)
